     The transformation which is the core of the Parineeti approach can be seen in the alumni. They are securing jobs and internships. We keep in touch with them closely and follow up on their progress. Due to the participation in extracurricular activities, intensive counseling and personal involvement they consider Parineeti as their family. There is a tight bond between students and staff among the students who have become friends. They are in the process of trying to do the "right thing" and constantly strive for progress.

       Seeing role models every day and being exposed to them. This positive atmosphere motivates youngsters to be the best they can. Even if they can not get rid of all their bad habits at once, they understand when they make or break their mistakes. Parineeti pouring a little bit of water whenever required. In the short term of three months, we can only start the process and not expect the complete transformation. This transformational and holistic change wants to affect the future generations! It is an effective formula for community development, strong and vibrant neighborhoods, smart and efficient cities and an industrial and prosperous nation for ALL citizens, irrespective of religion, caste or creed.

Family visits

      For the growth of students, it is very important to do home visits. Meeting in a classroom can be distancing and impersonal while talking on the phone. By having a mentor travel to the student's house, parents may be more likely to voice their concerns, speak candidly, and let the teacher into their lives.

Many times when a teacher contacts a parent, it is in issue with low grades or poor classroom behavior. Home visits give parents the opportunity to meet and talk for the benefit of the child. So we proffered home visits if needed.

All students attending our regular training batches are encouraged to explore the world of paperwork for personalities, personal celebratory events, expressions of gratitude / gratitude, best wishes, etc. who wishes to work from home. The end products will be sold to our network of corporate collaborators and funders.

Library

Since July 2018, a reading and lending library is started. The reading material includes 'better yourself books' which bring about changes in one's thinking processes and attitudes to life. Some of the books were donated to the project by outgoing student batches. Many books were received as donations from friends and acquaintances. The library also includes a daily edition of 'Life365' - a motivational / soft skills building publication.  

      Every effort is made by Team Parineeti to secure job placements for our Parineeti graduates by matching the core skills of each student with the candidate profile specified by the prospective employer.  Students are also trained to submit as many online applications to the job portals of company websites.  Our track record is such that some organizations continue to approach us for holistically trained candidates since they are very pleased with dedication and work ethos of the candidates placed earlier.
