The team is a veteran and enthusiastic fresher;all put in sync with the Foundation's core values which drive individual thought and action.Parineeti endeavors to create transformation where people have the freedom to deliver.All the team members are thus given the opportunity to connect with each other regularly.Events and activities are designed to make each one feel, as much as part of the Parineeti family.

Mrs. Barbara Hunz is based in Cologne, Germany. She is the founder – Director of two organizations.
Barbara Hunz Personal Management GmbH, which is a premium placement agency.
The purpose of this organization is to quickly and precisely present an “ideal employee” for the client – and to maintain a cooperation that is always optimal for both partners. Only then will the clients have the flexibility and freedom of action to concentrate on what they are best at: their core business.
Through a process of stringent screening and selection of applicants, candidates are placed in Germany, France and the United Kingdom.
Mrs. Barbara Hunz is deeply committed to her projects and is keen on replicating the Parineeti Project and exploring other avenues of collaboration in Pune and the State of Maharashtra.

Augustine (Gus) is an alumnus of St. Vincent's High School, Pune. He obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology, Pune. He is an expert in formulating and implementing administrative systems, defining operational procedures for optimum work output and staff capacity building for any type of industry or organization. His 45+ years of experience in HRD & Administration includes a 15 year tenure in Bahrain in the same field. Presently, in his roles as Trainer / Counsellor / Coordinator – Corporate Affairs and Fund Raiser within the PARINEETI PROJECT (a collaboration between NGOs - New Vision, Pune, and Talent Education Stiftung International (TESI)
Germany) - a customized skill building program for youth - he works with a passion to realize the vision and mission.
Dipesh Barbole
Computer Trainer | Counsellor
He has done my MCA (Faculty of Engineering) under University of Pune.
In fact earlier he was a student of Parineeti and has been learning a lot to become a holistically developed individual for the society. Since April 2016 he has been working as a Computer Trainer and as a technical support for the Parineeti. So technically he has got more than 2 years of experience as a trainer in Parineeti. Also he is glad to showcase himself as a transformed student of the Parineeti and proud to be with the Team Parineeti.

She is an MSW from Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune. She has over 3 years of experience in teaching deaf students. Even she has worked with our NGO Partner New Vision on various projects such as child rights community development, etc.

She is a real transformation of Parineeti. She was a student initially after seeing tremendous transformation; Parineeti team has decided to absorb her in the team.
